What is the shelf life of your non-alcoholic spirits?

Most of our spirits are shelf-stable for up to 12 months unopened. Once opened, we recommend consuming them within 3-6 months and storing them in a cool, dry place or as indicated on the specific product label.

Does my order require an adult signature upon delivery?

No. Since our products contain less than 0.5% ABV, they are classified as non-alcoholic beverages and do not require an adult signature or ID verification upon delivery under federal law.

How do you ensure glass bottles don't break during shipping?

We use custom-designed, eco-friendly reinforced packaging specifically built to protect glass bottles against impact and temperature fluctuations during transit.

What is your return policy for opened products?

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select territories. We are working on expanding our international shipping options soon—stay tuned to our newsletter for updates.

Are your drinks suitable for pregnancy or medical conditions?

While our products are non-alcoholic (0.0% to 0.5% ABV), we always recommend consulting with your physician if you have specific health concerns or dietary restrictions.
